Yeahhhh! Go for it.
 My old band split in 1982 - we are all still in touch apart from our drummer. None of us have seen him in years.  Since then, I have only played in studio bands and have 16 albums to my credit - the best selling one sold a massive 17 copies.  I have, though, on several occasions had a hankering to play live again. All the best with the gigs. (But dont forget your zimmer frame. )

Make sure we get to listen to a few. I'm sure you have a site for posting cuts if you get them.
If not use the EZFOLK.COM and register. Unlimited uploads etc. Great list of tunes.

You could try www.myspace.com all types of music, as is www.audiostreet.net both of which are free, but don't allow quite as many uploads.
It was a little late when I dropped that note and I was just thinking MUSIC not Genre. OOOPS.

Thanks. We'll see what happens.
The latest word is that there's the distinct possibility that we may have a bona fide rock star in attendance at the Don Hill's show who we may actually be able to get to come up and sing a tune. I'm not at liberty to say who it is, but I can say that we'd be doing one of the tunes on our list with the original voice... If it happens, I'll be sure to brag about it.
