How do I get eidos to send me a book without calling them again 5 times,talked to Summer in San Fran to get my cd-rom,but they did not send booklet with it,so not sure how to do and find some things.

Have you tried E-Bay? I'm a little unsure of what you want, but E-Bay is your best bet.
