Default difficulty in town
how come when you go to town you cant choose the difficulty?
i edited the strength of my enemies for each difficulty but it goes back to normal in town. how can i change the level of power my enemies have in town?

You can't. So forget it. Town defaults to the basic settings and overrides your tweaks.
