Can't use the arrow buttons?!

When I try to configure the arrows buttons as up,down right and left, it always comes up as "shift up" or shift down" etc. I don't know why it adds the shift. Caps lock is off. Where is the file where I can change this manually?

there isnt a file where you can edit it manually. usually it'd be in an ini file called user or something of the sort but Hitman doesnt do the whole multiple users thing. maybe yer shift key is stuck when yer mapping them.

Actually, there is such a file. I found it and changed it manualy. It was not an ini file though. I can't remember now what it was called, and am not at home to check at the moment. If you want to know, I will check out what its called and post it.
