what scares the pants off you?

ok total off topic but what are you really afraid of?

this is only brought up couse i hate spiders. im 6 foot and their a couple of inches but i won't let them get near me makes me sound rather soft!

so i was on the floor with my dog when this MASSIVE gigantic 8 legged black mass walks or rather runs toward me, this was the most terrifying thing ever i jumped up n legged it. then did the old box in piece of paper trick. that sorted the cheeky guy out!

Bees, needles, and heights.

All of them are completely irrational, yet common phobias. Can't explain it. I've been this way my entire life.

My fear of bees is probably the most severe of the three.

System Shock 2. I had no pants, or sanity points left, after playing through on Impossible in one 12 hour session. A very, scary, game.

Oh, and Lobsters...they scare the heck out of me.

Spiders are OK, as long as they are not crawling around on you, and biting. But I can understand what you mean. Anything that wears it's skeleton on the outside is always suspect to me.

uhhh.... im not afraid of spiders but id rather get a torch to fry the little !@#$ers then squish em :P

heights freak me out....... but.... seemingly i dont have very good stamina so the pain caused by a 2.5 foot fall is probably main reason i hate heights

and uhh............ oh ya, this forum scares me, its wierd...... :P

It goes both ways for me. It actually terrifies me to no end and causes me to have second thoughts about leaving my house.

uhm....the feeling....it's a feeling that I'm full of holes everywhere and made of something breakable with the texture of bee hives...it's actually something I generate myself somehow...it's much more compelling that it sounds, I dont knw how to explain it, it's the most horrible feeling I have ever had...I dont know why I got it but it was only once...I broke down crying because of the feeling...but I'm still not sure what it was.

um videos of the inner working of human body O_o some friend had some for one or another reason o_O and snuff videos of real violence.

and yeah...agreed on that umah...not just lack of common sense..but some things of our nature O_o humans are scary. it's scary how we'll develop a psicological need of hurting people.

and if anyone hates wasps, theres a wasp nest right outside my Window right now! they are my Minions!!

occassionaly they'll find their way in through my window but then they either get the empty-glass and card treatment or just plain squished with a heavy object

i'm not realy afraid of Spiders but ever since hearing that "you eat so many insects in your sleep during a year" thing i can't goto sleep with a spider on my ceiling!!, they get similar treatment to wasps

i forth that!
the fact i make up a large percentage of the worlds lack of common sense is the thing that really scares me!

and kakarot that REALLY did scare me what in the world is that???

i now understand why people are so afraid of wasps n bees i used to love em, pick them up ( yes i know it sounds crazy i was young.....ish)and put em out side if they where stuck trying to fly through a window.
but then one got stuck in my hair and stung me on the shoulder!
my love of them has suddenly failed.
i can see why they scare people.

i've seen a few, their Voodoo-Magic prevents most from seeing them, untill you've had about 6 bottles of Stella-Artois then the spell is broken.....
