Good Soldier, Bad Soldier

Okay I remember a while back on this Forum some one said it was confirmed that you can play as a Good Soldier or a Bad Soldier. As in a good soldier follows orders and doesnt waste helpless civis and bad soldiers just nuke everyone. I've seen screens at IGN of villagers just minding their own business and i was just wondering if you can still shoot them up and be a "bad soldier"?? whats your thoughts on this? well im out

ya I read a review that said you can just leave the villagers alone and search for weapons. Or you can shoot them to hell and then search for weapons. I choose the latter. I think it will be fun, let out a little frustration lol

hmmm I'm not so sure it is as pronounced asyou may be thinking. Are there real game elements that are influenced by these choices? (I'd have to play as both if there were)

yes I read there are missions where you have to search for weapons in a village. And your allowed to shoot the villagers. Doesn't affect storyline though.
