I'm warming up the electric skillet right now and it got me to thinking about some of the recipies I've seen in Christine's mission pack The Night Falcon. Has anyone ever tried those? What were the results?
As for myself, my favorite thing to cook is fried chicken and potatos. I heat up canola oil in the skillet and take a bowl half-full of flower with 2-4 tablespoons of Tony Chachere's original seasoning mixed in. I then cut up chicken fillets and slice a couple of potatos into thin slices, mix them up in the flower and let fry for several minutes and they're ready to go!

Do you wanna know what is in my recipes? It varies greatly. Such a wide variety, you wouldn't believe. There is such a wide variety that you could never get tired of the food. It depends, though, on what is on the menu at the restaurant.

This thread reminds me of a story that I heard. You probably know that you throw a piece of spaghetti against the wall, and if it sticks, then it is ready. That's what I heard, anyway. So a friend told me that a female friend of hers picked up the whole pan, and threw all of the spaghetti against the wall! LOL! Needless to say, some of it didn't stick to the wall. True story.
Well, that's my story, and I'm sticking to it.
