Blood Omen 2 installing problem

Hello, I got a problem installing Blood Omen 2.
I recieved the following message: CRC error occured while installing. The first time I recieved this message installing disk 1, the second time it was by disk 2.
I have no idea what it means and do not now what to do.

Please is there somebody who can help me?

Maybe it's the autorun that's causing the problem....just press and hold the shift button once u enter the CD and after a while release...

that means the installation files are corrupted, or most probably, the CD is damaged. If you got passed the installation of the first disc, then just keep trying, sometimes the files are actually readed with no problem.

or burn the damaged CD on another CD-R \...I think it's legal to make a spare copy..

Thanks for your help. I managed to run the game. I reinstalled directx 9 and after that there were no problems.

However I don't no what to do in the den. I went all the way up untill I came at the point that he has to open de doors with the steam. The first door is no problem, kill the guy went well, but then I have to open the other door that is timed, everytime I'm short just to late.
