Stonemarket problem

Hi there ... I have a problem , every time I go from South Quarter to Stonemarket when it's loading the stonemarket area the game quit to win XP desktop. It's strange beacause I didn't have any problems in the previous stages.

Hope that's someone help !!! byez !!!
