Default Game crashes

Hi. I have the next problem with the game: when I run the game, i get a white screen, probably the start of an intro movie, and then the system it gets completely frozen so the only way to return to the O.S. is pressing the reset button. I have an Athlon 1400 , 768 Mb of RAM, a GForce 4 Ti4200 graphic card and my drivers updated. What can be bad????

NOTE: Sorry about my english

Err.. no. DIfferent issue. Read the post. One freezes the other white screens at the vids.

The white screen could be a codec conflict or a conflict with emulation software (Alcohol, Daemon etc)

Anything like that installed, MRodriguez?

Default Still crashing...

I have no emulation soft installed, and i dont know what do you mean with a codec conflict. Do you mean a video or audio codec conflict? The game sometimes also freezes when i press the escape key so it goes to the next video and then... crashed again. I dont know what to do

Disable the startup movies (see the section "More Choppy Movie") and see if that helps.

Finally, it looks that it's not a codec problem because the game still get frozen in the "loading..." screen just as with the movies
