fuse box

if someone could pls point me toward that dang fuse i cant seem to find. im in the cellar basement in the cradle. ran up on a fuse box with a bad fuse, it said find another, lol im stuck here been everywhere and even found a gate but cant open it without some kind of power, anyway, can you pls point me toward that fuse i need to find, thx

You have to go to the very top of the Asylum. In the attic. You should also click the protrate of the girl that there, then....
