Help! Problems during installation

Hi guys! I'm new here!
I've to say you are so strong Thief fan!

I've a problem during the first part of the installation, while Install Shield is preparing it. There's a error message:

It's written I've to end any other installation or close programs. But... I've just T3 installation opened.

Maybe there's some one between you who encountered the same problem, maybe solving it.
Please help me, I think only you can understand how I'm excited to play this wonderful game!

Try copying the content of CD1 to the harddrive and run it from here as this has fixed some guys with installation freezes though that was while the game was installing as I remember.
