Help! Can't get in Forbidden Library.

Is there a way to get in there? I can't sneak past that Keeper guard by the door. Nor am I allowed to gas him or knock him out.

I used a noisemaker arrow to distract the Keeper guard, then lockpicked the door, it took me a couple of attemps to get it right.

You did it the hard way. Just use the secret backdoor.

I also did the noisemaker arrow since I could not find the switch in the room with the beds.

I also did the noise maker thing but added a flask of oils just down the hall also to buy some added time
