Graphics Issues

Running:
XP Pro SP1
AMD 1800+
1 Gig RAM
NVIDIA GF3 ti200 128Mb w/ 56.72 drivers
Directx 9.0b

I am using a system with a fresh install of XP and i am gettin no intro movies (ie Eidos Logo or any other splash screens). I can hear the sounds tho and when the menu comes up all i see is text but it is very garbled.

Any suggestions would be appreciated
