Spoiler - Inspector's Window

Where the heck is the inspector's window in Aurumn or whatever it's called. I've found the pub and according to my map it's in the Park. I don't see it anywhere and can't lower my faction rating by knocking out all these Pagan guys.

I'm having the same problem, but I have allied faction with the pagens and can move about freely in their 'compound'.

I've searched that zone from top to bottom, I swear it!

If you're at the pub you should see one of the walls around it has a hammer on it, with a yellowish window with a hammer symbol on it. This window (which does not in any way resemble a window you could gain access to) is frobable and it takes you to a cutscene.

It sure was silly of me to look for a window that I could enter. I mean, its a thief game and the instructions tell you to enter the window.
