I am playing Far Cry (pc) now, the levels are large and well detailed. They said X-Box cannot handle large levels. Then how in the world could games like Far Cry be ported there.

The Xbox doesn't have a problem with large levels. Name one PC game ported to Xbox that has had the levels cut.

It's the PS2 that usually is the recipient of smaller levels and graphic tonedowns.

Then why did T3 and Dx2 turn out this way.

I have yet to play T3 so I don't feel my comments would be educated just yet. Deus Ex: IW if i remember correctly was a straight port from the pc version. So was Morrowind, which has massive levels. Look ahead to HL2 where the game will be exactly like the pc version just optimized to take advantage of the Xbox's unique hardware.
