It's not technically a comedy, but it has a lot of funny scenes. It's like a historical/action/adventure. It has characters like Peter The Pardoner and Simon The Summoner as well as the man who created them

A Knight's Tale.
If I'm right, someone will have to go for me.

It's A Knight's Tale... great movie. You should have put up the shot of all the peasants doing the wave. Unfortunately Hidden Thief beat me to the name... (just read the post, been avoiding the forum for awhile so I don't pick up spoilers to T3.)
So, MsLedd, care to confirm? ![]() Squid2

Huzzah!! We have a winner, A Knight's Tale it is.
![]() I love this movie, the blend of contemporary with medieval is really well done as a point of reference for modern viewers. Wat is my favorite character (though I love 'em all). Jocelyn: "Better a silly girl with a flower, than a silly boy with a horse and a stick." Wat: (click) BTW, the characters Peter The Pardoner and Simon The Summoner are borrowed from 'The Canterbury Tales' by Geoffrey Chaucer (Chaucer is played in the film by Paul Bettany). And just for Squid... the Czech peasant wave ![]() So, since Hidden Thief has passed, Sir Squid is up next. |

Better let someone else go... I'm not able to take dvd screencaptures right now. How about another pic, MsLedd?

No worries bravus, me toes are fine... go for it! ![]() (btw, if this were "Name that person" I'd get yours in one shot, but since it's "Name that film"... I dunno) |

You got it, Leatherman. We got it free with a pizza... I've half-slept through it at least twice on planes and once here, and agree - although the plot makes more sense when you're half-dozing.
Take it away! |

Amazingly enough, I guessed that movie without ever knowing that Heather Graham was even in it. I Googled for "Lost in Space Heather Graham" to verify before I posted my answer.
Alright, here is yet another movie from the '80s: Good Luck! |

I'm horrible at this.. it's a fantasy movie isn't it?
I'm going to guess Legend... |

Nope, not Legend. Fantasy, yes, but more of a modern/futuristic fantasy...

OK, no new guesses tells me that either everyone is busy playing Thief: DS or the pic is a bit too obscure. So, to get things moving again here is another shot from the same scene as the first.
Also, a hint: This scene is where two of the key characters meet for the first time. |

Picture won't show up at all for me in Firefox, and in IE it was x'd. Copied the link though and hosting it on a page devoted to the Alien series was kind of a give away
