I think when Moebius was shown killed shown killed AGAIN at the end of Defiance was to asure everyone that he will not be coming back. That's just my theory. And Janos... really, he has to die some day. It would be nice to see Vorador, the Seer, Azimuth and even Turel however.

he did die...so did vorador.

my point is janos can still have a part to play...i mean the hylden did use his energy to power the device/mass right?

imagine what kind of power source he could be used for in the demon realm, perhaps another gateway?

as far as moe...well i hope he is gone for good but...he is the timestreamer...and something blocked his vision of certain events right?

So Moebius's past self can always look for ways to avoid his fate right, thus never actually dying... Say Moebius left the present and went and died in the future, he's still leaving a past and self of him b4 he left, in other words its eternal no matter what you do, you have to go back to when he was a kid or b4 he new time travel and kill him...

I was playing defiance again and it really sux that when you back track theres no more bad guys... NEED MORE BAD GUYS CD... MAKE THE BAD GUYS CHALLENGING... It also sux that I can play through the whole game without dying, it kinda gets stale and repititious after awhile....

To be honest, BO2 is 1 of those games that grows on me with time.It was a nice fresh feel for it's time but i wasn't ready for it cause i was too deeply seeded in the SR style of game play.I REALLY wouldn't mind to see another BO title but i'd like to travel around like SR1 did.I really like the atmosphere of BO2 & NOT to mention i love the colour green

Talking Thinking about the next lok game.

Hi everyone and how’s life.
I would like to ask what you think about this Idea of mine for the next lok game, I try to keep it short as possible and sorry if my English is not too great or the worst thing I like to imagine a lot of things, here it goes.

We all know the story how Kain shattered the blade on Raziel and by doing so he freed his soul, so Raziel became the SR1/2 that we all know. And in Defiance poor Raziel had to go back into the blade so he could arm Kain to see what others could not see (the elder God)

I imagine in the next lok game there will be a time were Kain defeats Yanos Audrin, taking his soul or blood (similar to Raziels capability) so he could evolve like the picture in the spirit forge. I think Kain will go back to the SR1 era but he must leave the SoulReaver blade behind so in the BloodOmen1/2 era he is going to need it the past of him self. It’s hard to say if Kain defeats the Elder God in the Defiance \ BloodOmen era, because if he does that no one will remake Raziel after he had been thrown into the abyss in SR1. Let say he doesn’t do that, my theory will be Kain will return back in time to the present, from Defiance to the SR1 era, after where Kain and Raziel departed through to time (toward the SoulReaver2 game), Kain will go back to the pillars, where he shattered the SoulReaver onto Raziel in SoulReaver1, find the pieces of the blade restore the blade like Raziel did in Soulreaver2 in Williams Chapel I believe its called, and there Kain will go to defeat the Elder God.
It would be funny if Kain Defeats the Elder God, taking his power and free Raziels soul. We all know that the Elder God had the power how we say to bring Raziel to life or restoring him, who knows maybe Kain restore the pillars as well.

Something just came into my mind now thinking about the soulreaver2game, what if the pillars can or must be restored in two locations together. We all know one location of the pillars, were Ariel the Balance guardian haunted the pillars and Kain build his empire upon their ruins. And the second location is were the Elder God is hidden (can’t get the name of the place in my head), maybe after all Raziel will come back in the next lok knowing his got all the elemental reavers to restore one part of the pillars and Kain the other.

Default More natural elements in the next LOK game

I want to see more wildlife in the next LOK game like deer and elk you know stuff like that. In SR1 they showed birds like crows sitting sometimes on a cliff or something. They should make little rabbits running around, some deer, elk, and you know wolves. Just all the things we see in our world that I would like to see in a LOK game just to add to the realism. Like you could if you get hungry for blood just go after a deer or a rabbit for a quick bite to eat.

i dont see this fitting in the the lok series....dont know why but the 1st thing that poped into mind when i read this was tomb raider (even if i only played alittle bit of some demo afew years ago)

I've probably said this too many times already, but I think the toon Raz and Kain codes should be replaced with Scion Kain and Leuitenant Raziel. It would be nice to have them fly to reach secret areas or something but the flying part can be done with cheat codes or trainers if nessacary.

I like that Idea, Nice! They should've done that in the first place with Defiance... But it would be nice to see that in the next game...

Toon Kain and Raz, as a seperate game maybe Legacy of Kain kart. But im worried about how the next game is going to fold out i know i wont buy a toon kain and raz game if its a mini game cool but it better not be a main focus save that for gameboy.

Hi, I was thinking of this while reading other posts! Dont know if other people have thought of it... In the next LOK installment u should opt to have Kain choose whether or not to use the soul reaver, meaning u can switch back and forth from the sword to ur magic inventory and use magic or, to your bare hands, maybe turning into mist form, sneaking behind an enemy and ripping the heart out or snapping their necks like in BO2.. That would be a great move on CD's part... Dont forget to make the bad guys hard to kill as well, puzzles make em just like SR1... Whatcha guys think??

something i want in the next lok is BIG SLAPPIN HUMONGEUS GARTANIC PUZZLES!!!!!

like in soul reaver 1 but without the eye wrenching ps1 graphics

I finally got Soul Reaver 2 (a really nice friend of mine ordered it for me off of ebay and it came two days ago in perfect condition). I just completed the light forge and I have to agree that I would much prefer SR2 puzzles over SR1 puzzles. I like playing around with the mirrors much better than pushing blocks. I still want the ability to save anywhere and load in the same position where I saved. (The game glitched last night--the screen turned entirely purple and I couldn't find any way out except to quit, load, and replay more than I would have liked to).

Have you ever played ICO? Is that what you're talking about.

Personally, I think that it would be fun if they incorporated a puzzle that approached that scope.

Another thing that I think might be fun. I want to get lost and end up wandering around in circles, and to be glad that I'm wandering around. Maybe include some murals that are so obscure that only forum members would be able to think that they're anything but meaningless.

ICO RULES!!!!!!!!!!!

i only played it once at my friends house when i was really... well never mind, um heh

and i havent been able to find a copy of it me and my friend played it from the time we got there till the time we left i think its one of the best puzzle games ever made PERIOD.

i really want to find a copy of that game so i can play it again but its so old and im lazy


and yes i think that lok should have more puzzles on that type of scale with some GORY!!! VERY GORY!!! combat mixed in that would be awesome

p.s. - and when i say gory think ninja scroll

I was watching the SoulReaver2 trailer again and kept my mouth opened in awe, on how the game was perfectly put together... Now if they had made defiance like that, can u imagine how much of a hit that game would've been...

Yes,i too had enjoyed SR2 the most But i still loved the GO anywhere of SR1 & BO1.
Bring BACK the GO ANYWHERE game idea.!!!

Default Idea's

The things I want for LOK6 are:

Bring back the darkness as in S1 and BO1 even though I loved S2,LOKD there were scenes I though were a little to sappy and melodramic epecially the the Fire and Black Demons I couldn't help but laugh at them with there funny dialog and the way the series has come about I would like to see an ending to.

More Vorador I want to know his deal and how he survived and why he was acting so weird BO2.

Oh yeah and for Kain to kick the elder god's butt and kill him cause I hate to say it but Tony Jay is getting older and proberly won't me around for any of the other games if they do come out so better rap the Elder-Kain-Vampires-Hylden storyline up.

Explorer the ancients-hylden war more I don't believe for a second it was that black and white as they deplicted in LOKD.

I understand that the next LOK game is most likely under development already, and that any more "I want" requests probably won't be able to be implemented... But I figured why not share what I felt was needed.

One of the best things about LOK:Blood Omen was that there wasn't a "set badguy". What I mean is that you didn't really know exactly what you were essentially fighting against until the very end. This caused Kain to go on many "sub-missions". They weren't truely sub-missions, cause you still needed to complete them to progress the game. But you weren't constantly going after the same enemy. For instance, [spoilers]instead of just tracking down all of the Circle of Nine, you had to venture into Vorador's Mansion, you had to defeat the dollmaker, you had to fight against the Nemesis, etc.[/spoliers]

It was just very nice how you kept fighting against different enemies, and the game kept a fresh atmosphere by keeping Kain's goals dynamic, and truthfully unsure.

I understand that it is now clear to Kain who the true enemy is... The Elder God. But a nice variety of threatening enemies from different factions would be great. A not so linear game would be awesome also!
