Throw Damage

I am having trouble in the game trying to figure out what they mean by throw damage... I dont know if that means stuff you throw at your opponent, Throwing your opponent into stuff (or off of) or stuff like a suplex... Can anyone please help me?

Uhm... you should read the manual...
But ok. The throw attacks are the kind of attacks you do when you're gripping someone and press the square combinations.
or to clarify... the attacks when you don't slam your opponent into the ground, but instead punch him or something of that nature. Hope you understand what I mean.
