P4 2.8. 512 DDR ram, GeForce FX 5600
640x480, medium details, multisampling 4x, bloom off Probably about 25 frames, but I don't have a built in fps checker or anything so its just an estimate. Don't listen to people who tell you to download other programs to check fps. The way this game runs, any other running program is likely to hurt game performance even more, therefore giving you an inaccurate impression. |

Do a search for how to enable the "debug menu" to get the ingame framerate counter.

you can use FRAPS. There is a free version and is easy and simple to use. Works on all games. Goto http://www.fraps.com for it.

ehm, just like the good version of DX, DX1
(joke) it is built onto a hybrid (sp?) of the UT engine....just bind "say" to a key... if that doesnt work, then theyve stripped that aswell. (tried recording a demo in DX1 ) i run it at 1024*768 standard details etc... i think it gave me.,....... ehm, like 2 fps? and that sucks since ive got: Pentium 4 2.4 (200mhz fsb) 1gb pc3200 corsair low latency, dual channel mode. radeon 9800pro 128mb gee... something is wrong if youd ask me, this rig should run Doom III (not at medium detail, but still)

System is in my sig:
I run at 1024x768 Quincunx AA (forced through driver, does not work in game )Max details on everything. Bloom on The only place I get bad performance is the very start of the game in Tarsus (the dorm floor) (20fps) and the top of the Inclinator (9fps) For the rest of the game I get an average of 40-50 I guess (this is since I added the texture pack). It spikes up if I go into small rooms or vents and I get aroung 110fps. All in all, pretty good now Trouble is it never seems to be that good. It always feels like its stuttering along...
