Need Help Problem With Objective...

Seatle:

I have the job listed in my menu for getting into the penthouse and finding the secret documents in the safe... However when I go up there it looks as though it has been cleaned out and the spyder bot isn't there anymore...and I can't get the updated objective once I look at the datacube in the safe... I played this Seatle 3 times now and can't figure out why it is doing this to me on this run... The energy sword is also missing, but the upgrade mod accross from it still remains... Why is this thing acting up???
I hope ppl have noticed the same thing and know what to do...
Any advice and please spoil me,
