Location of Robotics key card

I have found all of the key cards except Robotics. Could someone tell me where
I need to go to get it?

theres a room in the robotics area with some hamsters that are getting smashed and stretched. From this upper level, you should be able to use the grapple spheres by using the ion charge to go get the robotics card.
