Deus EX not working

Hello i just got Deus EX IW for christmas. I hurried & unwraped it & put it in the xbox. Sadly i get a message. Xbox cannot reconize the disc.

any way to fix this. or is there a way to return this & get a Deus ex game that works Thank you
