Unhappy Crash on level "The Sanitarium" after opening a door?

Crash on level "The Sanitarium" after opening a door?

When i open the door, (the one after the door that requires the password 38471) the game crashes. (The door up the stairs).

Can anyone help me, on tips for how i get gooing?
- I have installed patch .52, and the game have been running
problem-less so far.

(I have a new AMD Barton XP 3000 machine, with a sapphire 9600
pro graphics board).

GAME_ERROR_STRUCTURED_EXCEPTION_HANDLE is usually related to a sound card problem. Check you have the latest drivers for your card (also check video and AGP). If that doesn't work turn down the hardware acceleration on the first Sound tab of DirectX Diagnostic tool (Dxdiag.exe).
