Help needed for - infiltrate the station mission

It was quite easy to get inti the building I assumed to be the train station, but now don't know what to do. There are now other entrances inside - am I missing something very obvious?

there are three rooms. go into the middle one, in the corner, there is a small hole in the ground. have both the commandos go into the whole and the mission will continue from there.
