DEFIANCE PC 11 or 17 years rated

If you visit the US (www.legacyofkain.com/main.html) Defiance Website you will not find the PC-CD Rom logos but on the UK website (http://www.eidosinteractive.co.uk/gss/lokdefiance) the PC CD-ROM logos exists .My question is: Does exists a PC version?
The same PC CDROM logos appears on the http://www.eidos.co.uk/games/info.html?gmid=150 where the game is rated 11+ OK but on the US site the game is rated Mature 17.
Please answer me if you know the answer, if not can you seek for it?I'll post on the eidos defiance site a thread.

It's assumed although not confirmed that there will be a PC version in all territories.

In the UK, it's 11+
In the US, it's 17+
