Can't finish Das Boot!

I've got the same problem as another guy who posted an earlier thread about not being able to finish Das Boot. I've checked and have all the sailors, the enigma (i had to go collect it cause I put it down earlier) but when I click on the target icon the little arrow points to the middle of the sub and I can't do anything else. I have everyone on board. What do I do? Someone suggested a patch. Where do I get it?
