After getting secret #1, I start my climb up the mesh wall... when I do the back flip and grab the ladder and pull up to ledge I see the "rocket" but game won't let me get it
I've dwnloaded the patch from Eidos but that doesn't help...
Any idea's

I think I know where you're talking about.

When you get to the top to crawl up to get the rocket, you have to let go real quick and then regrab the ledge. Then before Lara can put her feet back on the ladder, you need to push up and the crouch button. Lara will then fit in the small space to get the rocket.

Here is the exact quote from Stella's walkthrough. It is difficult. I had to follow these instructions to get the secret. Save your game, do your flip, and get her anchored on the ledge. It might take you an age to get her to pull up right without falling to the wire below.


Stella:

Jump back to the grate and climb up and over to the left side. Be careful not to drop into thebarbed wire. Position Lara's hands on the grate just below the opening with the purplish-red light. (See this screenshot if you're unsure.) Jump and twist in the air to grab the grate behind (Jump + Roll + Action). Climb up and crawl into the crack forSECRET #2—arocket.

(NOTE: If you have trouble making Lara climb into the opening, release Action and quickly press it again so she loses her foothold but grabs the ledge again. Then press Forward to pull up. If this doesn't work, try pressing Crouch + Forward while holding Action. Also note that if you don't already have the ROCKET LAUNCHER, you'll get it here instead of the rocket.)
