How do I get out from there in order to give the passports to Daniel Rennes???

I'm really stuck now??!

If all you need to do is get out of Bouchards hideout, then pull the lever next to the door in the room where you talked to Bouchard. This will open another door. Enter the newly opened room and use the crate to get to the other lever. This should open the door next to the first lever you pulled and let you exit Bouchards hideout into St. Aichards church.
