Another Soundcard Problem

Hi!

I have a little problem with the sound in traod. I've already played it trough, with no problems, but now everytime the menu loads the sound becomes slow and chunky.
I've already tried to deactivate eax (I've got a SB LIVE! 1024), or deactivate hardware acceleration but nothing seems to work...

Can someone please tell me, how to fix that?
--> Could this problem occur due too less space on my harddisk, because the only thing I did, since things went wrong was installing some software (and now there are only 200 MB free on the disk where AOD is installed)?

WinXP Pro
800Mhz
Radeon 9500 PRO
SoundBlaster Live! 1024

try uninstalling the game (be sure to back up your savegames), and then reinstall. If that doesn't work, try reinstalling the sound card drivers and see if that works.
