Games similar to TR

I just finished AOD a few days ago and was wondering if there are any good games old and new similar too tomb raider. I use mac and PS2. Has anyone played Primal? I've played a short demo and from what I've played it was awesome. I was wondering what the worlds are like. The controls are very easy, but what about the rest of the game? I have also been hearing good things about Bloodrayne. I am interested in Project Eden. Has anyone played the game and will they tell me what it is like? What is the team-based gameplay like? I know CORE made this game and I was wondering if CORE used the old tomb raider engine. I saw screens of the project eden level editor and from what I saw it looked like a updated version of the TR editor. I wonder if AOD used the same editor. But then again I've heard AOD was made all in Maya thanks to the MEL scripting.

I played Project Eden on PS2 quite awhile ago & loved it. It has a good story, action & the team-base play is great. You can very easily switch characters....this is not an RPG game such as Final Fantasy or anything like that.

Another game similiar to the old TR's is Indiana Jones! It's a lot of fun with a variety of adventures & the same humor as the Indiana movie.

Man, you gotta play Primal.
The game is awsome.
Four different worlds (fire, water, eternal winter and eternal rain)
Perfect graphs, terrific story, challenging enemies etc. etc.

I have almost finished it, I'm approx halfway the last realm.

You might want to try Dragon's Lair 3D! It's like a light-hearted TR game. The default controls kind of suck, but with a little configuration from the menu screen, it can be a really fun game. Lots of puzzles, exploring, jumping, swinging on ropes, climbing, fly-by cams... just like TR in many respects, yet different.

As for Project Eden-- EXCELLENT GAME!!! Better than some TR games, to be honest. Great level design, brilliant puzzles, decent fighting, four characters, and it looks MUCH better than a TR game. Very different engine.
