Refresh Rate

Athlon 2100+, Gainward GF 4 Ti 4200 64 DDR, 2x 256 OCZ
DDR 333, Soltek FRN nForce2, WinME, DirectX 9, newest
drivers, HDD 80Gb 8Mb cache.
Resolution of monitor (Hyundai IF F910 + in game 1024x768),
but refresh appears still 0. Is the problem at not supporting
GeForce 4 with DX9 ? If you have any solution, please send
