Question duh?

Well, no duh!

Of course they should come out with patches. Nobody likes a buggy game, including me. But they have to take the time to analyze what bugs there are in the game, and then think of a way to fix them. You have to give these kinds of things time. Just wait, and it will come.................

I would prefer just the one patch rather than several

In a way, this works out well for us. A game like AOD, with as many bugs and flaws as it apparently has, will quickly drop in price. It's certainly not going to be $50 for long. I would guess in about two weeks (maybe less), we'll start seeing it in some places for $39.99. Then, as sales drop from bad word of mouth, it will be reduced to $29.99, and before you know it, it will be on bargain shelves at $12.99. By that time, there will be tons of patches available (hopefully!), so buy it then-- you'll get a cheaper game that works better. For now, spend your money on a finished game.
