They look more like leather straps to me.

Dangly bits of clothing are what give todays mental patients/mutant thingys that truely deranged look.

Edit :: What's with the resolution, 800 x 1067 Are you sure that's a screenshot and not just a future promotional picture?

That is a real screen shot, but it has been enhanced, because when you look at other pics of aod it looks alot different.

That pic was on the Eidos E3 page.(not sure if it is still up, might be. Just go to www.eidosinteractive.com The E3 window should pop up) It was under "Artwork" and there was another section for "Screenshots".

Well, I do know that there was some CoL stuff (some CD I think) at the Tomb Raider E3 booth so I guess they just decided to throw her on the site as well.

It's not ingame, being the wrong shape and no way will even the new moves incorporate that kind of animated behaviour (unless it's a 'set piece') -- looks to me like a posed promotional picture; probably taken *using* the ingame engine though. Luurvely reflecting floor + fiddly detail on the electrical cables, doors and lights.


As for the vivisection experiments: reckon we should cll these guys 'mumps' -- they look fairly mumpish, whadya think?

Not necessarily, the pic is 800 x 1067, not quite a standard resolution, it may have been a hi-res pic, but the health bar may have been cut off as they cropped the original.

Very detailed! Yes those hands look really weird. They look like big thick whips, they gonna whip Lara silly I think it ain't an in-game screenshot, it lookes too detailed! It looks more of an FMV. But i must admit i am kinda impressed by this screenshot. Alot of time needed to do this. Look at all of the detail on the walls, door and the lighting and reflections, awesome!

This is what we get for waiting a couple of months extra!

I posted this pic already a month ago and it's ARTWORK!!!
The FMV doesn't look like that, inggame doesn't look like that etc.

Maybe it's a loading screen for a level, who knows. It's artwork!!!
