Looking for someone with CGI experience. PLEASE

I wanted to limit downloads of the FMs to a set number per month to help with the bandwidth limits. However, I have no clue how to do CGI scripting. I know it can be done using it. If anyone has experience in this field please contact me.

I've played with it a bit - not writing scripts from scratch, but getting free ones from the net and adapting them (sometimes fairly dramatically) for my purposes and getting them up and running. I'd be very happy to help out.
