Smile wanted to share some art w/ you

i love to draw and i just finished a picture of Marilyn Monroe. i thought i'd share it with you guys.
if you have any tips or anything you think i should fix up please tell me! im very much open to constructive criticisms i know i have to fix her left eye because its a bit larger than the other.

WoW!! I love it, you have a particular talent with eyes and hands. I always had a difficulty with hands........... they never helped me draw too well.
Do you have any more you'd like to share? I'd love to see them.

Oh my gosh! That is beautiful TombRaiderChik! It looks just like her. The hair, hands, and eyes are perfect! Please post more of your art, I'd also love to see some others. I wish I could draw so I could share something

aw thanks guys!! i fixed up her eye so they look even now
it makes me so happy you guys like it usually only my mom or my boyfriend tell mehow much they love it. so its good to be coming from you guys heres some more...



[edit] erg when i scaned in this pic a random dot appeared on her eye.

Great work, TRC, I especially like "Alice" (one of my favourite games, after the TR series of course). You've captured Catherine ZJ beautifully in the All That Jazz sketch. Well done!

Also TRChik,you could use the mirror method for getting that exact balance of the face. You draw the detail in one side only, you best drawing side, then place a mirror so that it reflects the half of the face that you just drew, and then use this reflection as a guide to drawing the other side.

chicago is an awesome movie!! the movie and its actors deserved those 6 oscars!!

btw i downloaded the whole soundtrack off of kazaa. (it is adicting!!) if you want the names of all the songs i can send you them.

I went and saw the movie at the mall. When it was over I walked to the nearest media store and bought the cd to the movie.

Is that Alice from the Walt Disney movie???

oo okay after i saw the movie i came home and downloaded it

and no, its American McGee's Alice in Wonderland. big difference


it wasn't until later, when i was washing the blood off my hands i even knew they were dead! they had it coming...
