Curious about the LOK series

I'm alil curious about a few things things....1 thing im curious about is in LOK : Soul Reaver when Raziel is lookin thru the mirrors and it shows him killing Ariel...why is that?...what did she do 2 provoke him? also how do you kill her within the game and how do u obtain the Ariel Reaver or was this Reaver cut 4 time restrictions? and 2 im curious about how they are going 2 make vampires to be born again so they can take back the pillars that were theres in the 1st place because Janos said the pillars were once ours and we were once born not created.....more or less...lol...so i threw in the remake version of how he said it...lol and 3 is how did Janos survive LOK: Sould Reaver 2 to be in LOK: Blood Omen 2 because Blood Omen 2 is before Soul Reaver and Soul Reaver 2 kinda intertwines with everything but is kinda b4 Blood Omen 2 b/c we do not see the Hylden or the Glyph Fighters? And why must he stay dead? Could the 3rd installment of Blood Omen or Soul Reaver explain all this or am i alil crazy and reading way 2 much iin2 it? and also could there b a way that the Hylden King come back? .....man im gettin a headache now trying to figure these out. HELP

We are all under the impression that the scenes witnessed as you approach The Chronoplast are scenes that were cut from SR. The game was originally supposed to come to an end, but CD left it open for SR2. Basically the scenes now serve as the possibilities that could have arised had/if Raziel gone/goes a different route.

It's a little more indepth than just the reproduction of vampires. As far as Kain knows, what he has come to know as *vampires* were the architects of the Pillars. However the Ancient Race were probably not *vampires* until after they banished the Hylden from Nosgoth. It is true, what became *vampires* were no longer born, as Janos said. Ancients were born at one point, but the bloodcurse rendered them infertile as far as normal means of reproduction are concerned. Vorador can sire through the bite, whereas Kain has devised a method of soul-sharing in order to create vampires. However it is clear both processes take their toll on the siring vampire (as far as exhaustion is concerned).

How Janos' heart was returned to him, at this point in the series, has not been established. The majority of members however, seem to believe Raziel will be the one to restore it, and ultimately Janos, hence why we see him in BO2.

You can find some pretty interesting theories here, as to why Janos might possibly have to stay dead.

I will imagine that future installments of the series will clear up a lot of currently unanswered (and monumential) holes in the plot.

The only way to obtain the Ariel Reaver is by cheating, although it is only for visual apperance only (meaning you can't actually kill Kain with it, or any other deleted stuff). You can also get the Kain Reaver (that cool Black and Red Reaver that we see in one of the Chronoplast Portals.

Hit pause first, then hold either R1 or L1 (but not both) then enter:

Imbue Reaver with Ariel's Soul

Thanks for the info there guys. I just thought of something here......if Ariel doesnt get murdered in Blood Omen and Kain takes over when she does die...Do you think Raziel was the Gaurdian to take Kains place if he should die and not have become the loving vampire that we all know? Just thinking about how they could make everything full circle....and also wanted to thank Omega and Umah for their help and all. Thanks

Probably not, since Raziel was laying dead in the Sarafan tomb a good 470 - 500 years before Kain was born as a human in Coorhagen . . . by my count.
