Default What about reading and seeing the map?

This is something that maybe could be modified to make it more realistic. In both T1 and T2 you can read scrolls or see your map while you are in an area of complete darkness. Maybe it would be good that to read stuff you need to be in the light, or to turn on a flare. That would make it more realistic, and also more difficult; it would be to take a risk to see your map sometimes.

I like the idea of maps and scrolls being shown within the game world (in 3d), with no separate screen. This way, any lighting automatically affects the visibility of whatever is being read. Also, there would be no pause, so players would have to be on alert for guards while reading, adding to the tension.
