    3. Bastila Shan
    2. Galen 'Starkiller' Marek
    1. Juno Eclipse

If he hasn't read them yet. The book versions of The Force Unleashed are pretty sweet too. And you get to know what The Force Unleashed 3 would/could have ended if it were made.

I'd say people go easy on it because of how old those films are. Like back then I'm sure people weren't as familair with those clichés compared to today so I just pretend to feel how they'd feel and be like "OMFG, I totally DIDN'T expect that! - great twist!"

I agree with the awful director. I'm glad he's not directing the new films.

    Ten Current Favourite Web Comics:

(Coz I read loads & five is far too few!)

    1. Tower Of God. Originally a Korean web comic, this is the translated into English version. The translation isn't always all that, leading to a few parts that are not too easy to understand, but the story and characters shine through. The tower of the title is the size of worlds, but to reach the top is to fulfil your ultimate desire. There are tests at every level, and many are lethal. Lots of characters, but balanced well. And lots of plot twists, too. I wouldn't get too attached to anyone trying the climb, though! Compelling story, some great characters and a highly original setting. SF/Fantasy mix that is probably around a 12 rating.

    2. Gunnerkrigg Court. Antimony Carver goes to school in a strange place where super-science meets the supernatural. This is basically the story of her days at school. It's the characterisation, the deep mythological elements and the story that will draw you in. Definitely PG, and another strip that has been very good for a very long time. Not quite sure what you'd call it, but a definite blend of Fantasy and SF.

    3. Girl Genius. In a world ruled by mad scientists, one girl discovers she is the only heir of one of the most notorious mad scientist families. Which of course means everyone wants to use her or just plain kill her. This is probably best described as Steampunk with a number of twists, and is roughly PG in terms of suitability. It's also been running for a long time and is consistently not just good but great.

    4. Unsounded. Sette Frumagen, lion-tailed child of a crime lord, is sent on a mission to to a faraway nation where dwells her cousin, who has not been paying proper tribute to her father. For protection, she has only a mysterious spell casting zombie, who has been blackmailed into being her escort. The set up to this one is unique, and Sette can be an annoying brat, but the beautiful artwork, the intriguing story and the fascinating character arcs make this not just one of the most unusual web comics out there, but also one of the best. Probable rating 15+ for some serious violence.

    5. Dangerously Chloe. Ditzy succubus Chloe is summoned by accident by Teddy, who has no idea what he is doing or what he is asking for when he wishes for a girlfriend to shut up an ancient statue that has started talking to him. With his soul in danger, Chloe agrees to help him get out of the contract, but can a ditzy succubus, however well meaning, truly save Teddy from being taken to Hell? With angels, succubi and - possibly worse! - Teddy's little sister Abigail all hounding him, can Teddy even survive Chloe's 'help'? This is a really funny comic with very good artwork and a lot of good characters. Rating around 12, as has definite sexual themes, but nothing explicit.

    6. Gaia. This comic is basically about a small group of friends who are just graduating from the school where they have learned combat and magic. To say much more about the plot would be to spoil an awful lot of twists and turns, but the story really revolves around the central characters - three guys and three girls - and just how strongly their mutual friendship runs. The plot is vast and involves political manoeuvrings and a struggle for independence by a small nation, but at the same time it is very personal, offering some thoroughly likeable characters who have to make very meaningful choices that will literally transform their lives. Gaia can be very light and very dark, depending on where the story leads, but the central characters have a real charm. I'd probably rate it PG, though parents should read first to be sure.

    7. Devilbear. In a world where plush toys are alive, bad teddy bears have their own Hell, ruled over by Bearalzebub, the Devilbear. This is his story. Hard to rate as a lot of your reaction is going to depend on how you view the idea of living teddy bears having their stuffing ripped out. The story can get quite violent without any blood as, well, teddy bears! A lot of it involves dark humour, but it can be serious - again, though, living teddy bears! Genre - well, kinda unique.

    8. Endstone. A strange altered reality where the world as we know it has been changed out of all recognition by forces unknown. Magic runs free, in the form of mystical stones which can only be used by those with the inborn talent. Tribes of near-humans mingle uneasily with humanity. Can the world be restored to the way it was? SHOULD the world be restored to the way it was? Some will fight to preserve all they know - and others to end it! Brilliantly imaginative series. Fantasy. Rating... 12-ish. Probably.

    9. Al'Rashad, City Of Myths. The fate of two kingdoms depends on whether they can unite against a common foe, but their mutual enemies will do anything at all to stop them from joining forces, so that they can be crushed one at a time. With huge battles, flying carpets, swarms of undead and some fantastic artwork, this has become a huge favourite of mine. Think Sir Francis Drake meets the Arabian Nights and you won't be far off. A terrific story. Fantasy, and can get quite grim. Rating 12-ish.

    10. Dream*Scar. Vix thinks she is an ordinary girl. She couldn't be more wrong. The monsters have stepped out of the shadows to live uneasily alongside the humans, but Vix has been lied to all her life - she is not a human, but rather one of them... Very well written, with terrific artwork and a very likeable lead. Vix founds herself thrown into the world of the monsters, and has to make her way amongst her own kind - a kind that, until now, she really knew nothing of... I'd probably rate this a 12, but others may think the darker parts should give it a higher rating. I'd go with urban horror as the genre.

This is the 3rd time I failed for my driver licence. This time I really believe that the driving examinators are the devils on earth and feed themselves on pain and misery.

My top 5 bulls**t of my past exams.

    5. ''Oh, you are waiting for an bike to pass you first? How about I impatiently start tapping my leg so you get nervous and go first.''
    4. ''I say you have to go straight on in a place where you can't do that? Well, you should have understood I ment you to go right''
    3. ''You approach an intersection too fast. So fast in fact you have to shift to 1 (aka, I'm almost at a stand still each time)
    2. ''Nobody on the road today? How about I judge you on things I usually don't judge on to make it harder for you. ''
    1. ''You drove perfect, but 2 meters (I could feel the damn building) in front of the finish you miss someone on the left? I would have let you pass, but an interference is an interference''

Most of all I indeed love how they changed Lara as a character and everyone around her too. Suddenly cup-size didn't matter, a full scale unique female protagonist was born. Ond that doesn't take her sweet time to turn her arse the other way and jumps as gracefull as a gazelle ^^
