Project IGI and Windows 2000?

Hey, I have Windows2000, and have a bug with IGI, a mouse cursor doesn't pop up when I start a game, not even in the menus! Also it's not showing the number of bullets, and your health. Is this a Windows2000 bug, or can it be fixed?

This happens in IGI - regardless of operating system - when using nVidia-based graphic cards and drivers after .2311.

If you have an nVidia-based video card, and are using the current drivers for it, the only solution I have found that seems to always work is to downgrade your video card drivers to either version .1241 or .2311.

Oddly enough I might add, I have been unable to duplicate the problem here on several different test machines...IGI always correctly displays the cursor for us.
