Default Deus Ex GOTY - problem with 32-bit color depth

When I play Deus Ex GOTY, I have problem with 32-bit color depth. Some areas do not look right (ugly gradients of lighting). You can look at screenshots below.

Funny thing is that 16-bit looks better, but in 16-bit there is some kind of small pixel grid over the screen.

Different new renderers (D3D9 or Open GL) did not change anything.

Does anyone know what is the problem?

So I have tried different rendering settings and it is still the same. Does the Directx 10 renderer fix this problem? I dont have Directx 10 card, but I want to know if there is difference with this.

Problem solved. This game simply looks like this without mods. Case closed.
