Unlocked all challenges and still only get a 2.86 modifier

Other then the quick one I get all other in a level and still only get 2.86 as the maximum modifier. Is this a bug or is there something I am missing?

No, I did not know also how are these people getting 4 million plus scores?

There are a couple youtube videos out there. The one I saw the guy got the SA rating, but it was a rapid fire style. Waited until the right moment then took out everyone in ~1 minute.

got my non-reproducable 4.2 million. it was fast fireing headshot streak... but i dont even know in which order i killed them xD

ok thanks for the reply, with out doing every single one each time I got my score to 1.4 I guess I need to unlock the rapid fire one

Haha, no. Rapid firing meaning taking a shot every 3-5 seconds. No upgrades needed, though they will help.
