What kind of computer do I need?

I just noticed that there was a 75% sale on this game on steam and the game looks really good so I want to buy it but I am not sure if I can play it on my computer or not. I don't know a lot about computers and stuff but the site canyourunit.com doesn't work, it says that no games work. I can play Skyrim on lowest settings but barely Minecraft on lowest. 40 FPS in WoW with ultra settings so I am not sure what's going on.
