Cinematic problem

Hey, I just bought Deus Ex HR, and started the game up... with DX11 activated, the opening graphics for AMD are flickery and the opening cinematic for a new game has massive ghosting - i.e., images don't disappear even after the POV changes, so you get a screen full of overlapping images after a minute. The game itself appears to work ok.

However, when I turn DX11 off, all these problems disappear.

I'm using the latest drivers and have a fairly capable machine, including 4 gb of RAM and twin Radeon 5770 crossfired... Any ideas? I'd like to take advantage of DX11 stuff but not being able to watch the cinematics kind of stinks.
