BATMAN AA, crash after, movie intro

after i upgraded my pc to windows7 i also installed again batman a.a. but then after the movie intro (where batman will take joker arkham) it suddenly crash wthout any error message saying what cause the problem, now i cant play batman arkham asylum, (except for not signing in GFWlive, i cant save the game, it really sucks!

is there any solution to this problem??
