I have been having the same problems since last night but it just worked for me 2 mins ago!

Why won't anyone who has their code already answer? Is it the "register game"-page or what?? Just as people get their codes the forget the other guys..

You should have got an email from whoever you pre-ordered it from. That would have had a code which you then use to redeem a code for whatever system you have on hitmansniper.com.

no you need to "redeem code" not register your game, its not out how can you, you need to head to http://hitmansniper.com/ and click on redeem , for people who are trying to login on the hitman sniper callenge web site n having no luck i signed into the square enix web site first and worked fine for me

Of course it's not out. But since people are getting their codes and there ISN'T ANY OTHER page, of course I have to ask. There's no field to put the code on. Just the same "Sorry, blahblahblah.."- page.

Solution! I still can't get to the page with my computer, but try it with your console. Worked for me!

We are getting widespread reports that hitmansniper.com is now accepting codes for many people. We've definitely seen a large rise in the amount of redeems in the last hour. Waiting for 100% confirmation on a final fix from our side but please give us your feedback from here on. Thanks people!

hey travis, im still having trouble logging in using facebook. i keep getting the message " We're sorry, but something went wrong. We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly".

im unsure whether it is because of my location, im in north west england

Website is working for me I was able to redeem my code this morning, and my friend redeemed his code at about 3pm.

For people having problems redeeming their code, try your smart phone or tablet.

It didn't work on my PC, but I was able to redeem first attempt on my phone.

I´m a bit confused, If its just about getting a code, it will might work with me too, but are there still issues regarding the account at Square Enix? So isnt there any connection between my Account and redeeming the code, which could be lost because of server failures? That´s why i am not sure if i should use my code...

Edit: Because on the Square Enix site, there is still no possbility to edit the profile. I always get 403 Forbidden... :/

If you are able to log in to your SE account on hitmansniper.com then you should be OK to enter the code you have when prompted.

Many people are giving us positive feedback on this, which is very good to hear.
Hopefully those of you still not getting access will shortly. I'll keep you updated from our side of things.

We can now confirm that our tech team appears to have identified and fixed the issue that’s been causing the code redemption problems. We’re cautiously optimistic that attempts to redeem codes via hitmansniper.com should now work as intended – but we are watching it like a hawk.

If I redeemed my code using XBL, are my stats going to be linked to my account on the hitmansniper website, because it asks me to put in a game code.

I've attempted to log in and I always get to the 'almost done' page, but whenever I click on save, it refreshes and says 'contains invalid characters'. I've checked my details but it keeps displaying this message. Is there a way around this?

Isn´t this just an invalid Password message?

I was able to get a code, too. Everything, except Square Enix EU website itself ^^, seems to work again! Thanks IO! And happy Sniping

Other users have shared that they have managed to redeem their code using their smart phone browser or PS3 browser. If you have these options, they should be worth trying.

Our tech team are continuing to work on making sure the hitmansniper.com experience is as smooth as possible.

Is anyone else getting an 'unknown error' when trying to redeem a code? I've tried on the PC browser, and the PS3 browser and get the same on both.
