Same problem here, still recieving the 502 bad gateway error every time I try to log in on any Square Enix site. I can confirm that I also can't log-in through Facebook, and that I am in the UK.
Looking forward to getting this! Keep up the good work @IOI Aaron

I've managed to log on to Square Enix via their site after getting past MANY 502 errors, and am logged in. But when trying to redeem my code on the Sniper site, it doesn't recognise me signed on, so when I click login it just refresh the page back to the homepage of the sniper site. =/

Still getting the 502 error here. Tried facebook and the e-mail route. Haven't even received a confirmation e-mail that I've registered but got a password reset e-mail ok, but that gave me a 502 error as well.
Getting mightily annoyed with this

Code?? Plus log in how???
Just tried to redeem my code after trying to find out where the hell we are supposed to go to get our code,anyway 45min later i found the site.
I clicked on the redeem code button and I was asked to log in,I then clicked on the log in button and it went back to the home screen,OooooKkkkk, I tried again to redeem code,I then tried to log in again,ummm straight back to the home screen,again..... OK Ill try a 3rd time,nop the same thing,tried a 4th 5th 6th 7th 8th 9th 10th.so I reloaded the page,same thing again,I then closed down my browser and loaded the whole thing,again.WOW to my surprise IT STILL DIDNT WORK..... What the hell is going with this??? I then wrote an email to Square Enix to show my thanks for setting up a well organised site where fans can have a taste of the Hitman experience.. Again I tried to redeem code then log on and back to the F IN home screen and even a few times it said, We're sorry, but something went wrong. We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly. Yeah I know what went wrong and millions of other people know went wrong as well... PLEASE FIX THE BLOODY SITE SO WE ALL CAN REDEEM OUR CODES...

I am seriously hoping that IOI run with the multiple challenges per level thing, it's causing so much replayability for me it's immense. So knowing there are more levels than blood money and add the player replayabilty, and a host of challenges and hidden collectibles to hunt out would be a godsend to this game for the Hardcore.

Hi all.
As you know we’re seeing some problems right now with getting everybody in and playing Sniper Challenge. We’re really sorry if you’ve been affected by this, but our team has been working around the clock to try and fix it. People can and are getting through, but we know many of you are having issues. We are working on a back-up plan for code redemption as I type, and as soon as we have information on that we will share it. I'm expecting it to be in a few hours. Thanks very much for your patience and I'm very sorry for the trouble you've had.

Does anyone know if this promotion code works outside UK (PS3 version)? Cause on Amazon they have a disclaimer that they cannot promise it. There's no disclaimer on TheHut though...
Could be great if someone could confirm it... Also, it is a shame that those gun replicas in the Professional Edition are only digital versions - if they were real I would have gladly paid more for that edition... Thanks...

It's a shame, yes. Annoying, very. But, you can never tell these things in advance, so we'll just have to suck it up and wait.
I only have one question: What is the point getting the code through the website? Why couldn't we straight away get a code, that works at PS Store and Marketplace?
