Just Cause 2 Problems on PC

Hello, I just signed up on the forum so I could see if anyone can help me with this... I've had a problem with JC2 just spazzing out and then crashing randomly. It's extremely annoying. Now I did a little digging and someone with the same mobo chipset as I have (nVidia nForce 980a/780a) has had this problem on this forum (http://forums.eidosgames.com/showthread.php?t=115817) and I'm wondering what the solution is because I really like this game. Thanks in advance.

Edit: When I get into windowed mode I can see the error when it crashes, it says... "Display nvidia windows kernel mode has stopped working" with a driver number, that I'll add later.
