Default Scarecrow levels physx lag

Hello community

I was wondering if you can help me with this issue I have in Batman AA

When I play these levels I have a horrible lag that makes the game unplayable (no more than 5 fps). That happens when I use physx high. When I set physx to normal I don't have problems but I bought my video card to play this game with physx high.

I AM PLAYING BATMAN AT 1024x768 and I still have lag.

I have played batman Arkahm City with physx high and I have no lag.

My specs are

Core 2 Quad Q9400 2.66Ghz (oc 3.60)
Nvidia GTX 560 Ti
4GB Ram
Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

I hope you can help me. If there is a solution for this issue.

Thank you

Ther is another ridgid bodies patch for the 400 series & up cards @ Geforce site . I installed it on 2 of my computers to fix the lag - 5 fps ! That was w/3 470s in sli to boot-now smooth .
