Input not supported

Hey.guyz well i played Just Cause 2 it was lots of fun i restarted the game and black screen with "input not supported show up i windowed with alt + enter and i tryed to change the resolution but the same thing happens,but yesterday i dont know what i've done it just fixed and i played 5 hours i quited the game to find some trainers for ammo >.> i started the game and Input not suppoted again i cant play in on windowed mode its terrible pls help me and sorry for my english im bulgarian
